The grapes are sourced from the highest block on the Harewood vineyard and picked almost 2 weeks earlier than the main harvest. This captures the fine citrus acidity and grapefruit flavours. Ten months in old oak on its yeast lees add a savoury softness to the mid palate that complements the crisp mineral acidity. A more subtle expression of chardonnay that is perfect with food.
